Training
The Group offers training in speechwriting and other forms of advocacy writing and in media and speaker training.
For writing training, former White House speechwriters will come to your offices and spend a day with a class that you assemble. The curriculum will be tailored to your industry and your needs. Typically our trainers use extensive PowerPoint support, including video. They may also engage the class in on-the-spot writing exercises, with live edits to underline effective communications techniques.
All of our speechwriting trainers have White House experience. Two have taught at the university level. One is the only woman ever to have run a White House speechwriting office. One is a former editor of a major public policy quarterly.
Our media trainer is a former television reporter and one of the most talented media trainers in the United States. Like all our trainers, she is in heavy demand and must be scheduled well in advance.
