Bio:   Kevin Stach has served as a speechwriter and senior advisor in two presidential campaigns, as a speechwriter and senior communications advisor to a cabinet officer, and as communications director for one of the nation's most influential think tanks and advocacy organizations.

From 1987 to 1995 Mr. Stach worked for Jack Kemp, first as Assistant Press Secretary to Mr. Kemp's 1988 presidential campaign. When Mr. Kemp was appointed to the Cabinet, Mr. Stach joined him as Special Assistant to the Secretary, then as Deputy Assistant for Public Policy, finally as Assistant to the Secretary for Communications.

After the Bush Administration left office, Mr. Stach was named communications director for Empower America, a think tank started by Jack Kemp together with Bill Bennett, Jeane Kirkpatrick and Steve Forbes. During his tenure, Empower America rose to become one of the most widely recognized and influential economic-policy think tanks in the nation.

In 1995, Mr. Stach joined the Dole for President campaign as Deputy Director for Communications and Policy. He was a driving force behind the campaign's adoption of the Dole Economic Plan and worked with some of the nation's top economists and business leaders in developing the package.

Mr. Stach holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
